Cruncho Cafe is a snack café located at 123 Snack Street, Chennai 600001. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy, we mean Cruncho Cafe. This policy covers our website and the ways you get in touch with us.

Our website is mostly a menu you can browse. We do not ask you to create an account or fill in forms to look around. The information we may collect falls into two buckets:
- Information you give us. If you call us, send us an email, or message us on social media, we receive whatever you choose to share — such as your name, phone number, or the details of your question or order.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical details when a page loads — such as your device type, browser, and approximate location inferred from your IP address. This helps keep the site secure and working.

We use the limited information we collect only to:
